Every campaign and functional item remains earnable through play. Product composition may change before release.
Checkout and price
Android digital goods use Google Play Billing and iOS digital goods use Apple In-App Purchase. The app and store checkout show the product, localized price, and final amount before purchase. The store checkout amount controls.
Restoration
Supported permanent goods can be restored with the same store account and supported MASKLINGS account. If account or server ownership cannot be verified, new purchasing remains closed to prevent duplicates.
Refunds and missing goods
Refunds are reviewed under Google Play or Apple policy, KCREW’s published policy, and applicable law. A Google Play refund may be requested within 48 hours, but approval is not guaranteed.
For older purchases, missing goods, or restoration issues, email the order number to admin@kcrew.co.kr. We aim to answer paid-purchase questions within three business days. Never send a password or complete purchase token.
A valid refund or cancellation may remove the related entitlement.
